This dress is a great piece to slip into spring in. Features a sweet ruffled collar, tie neck, and belted elastic waist. The print is a vibrant multicolor floral border print along the hem and top of the dress. Elastic in sleeve cuffs no longer stretches, but this does not affect the wearability of the dress.
